Headlines - 

Australia Fulfilment will start tomorrow!

Everyone else should have your pledge or tracking now If you don't please can you:

1/ Check your BackerKit survey (you can recover it here - https://dungeon-battle-mats.backerkit.com/) to check it is complete and your address is correct.

2/ Reach out and we can work through it together. As a first step  we open a support ticket with your fulfilment hub (I can tell you how to do this, its often quickest if you do this directly, I can step in to resolve any issues or if there is a delay. Contact details for the Hubs are - UK, EU, Rest of World - https://gamesquest.freshdesk.com/support/home, US & Canada - [email protected], everywhere else please go via GamesQuest and they will pass your ticket on to the relevant hub.

To all those who have received your books, thank you so much for the kind words we are thrilled you love the books as much as we do!

To those still waiting thank you for your patience!

Below I have summarised where we are with fulfilment -

UK, EU, Rest of World backers - GamesQuest (GQ) have now cleared all the packages and these are now delivered or with the couriers. You should by now have received your pledge or tracking.

We are aware of a delay with a courier which affected about a dozen EU pledges. All orders affected have now cleared and you should receive tracking any day now if you have not already.

Asia - All packages have now cleared and should be either en route or delivered. Everyone should have your tracking or package.

US  - QuarterMaster Logistics (QML) have now cleared all pledges. You should now have received tracking or your pledge.

Canada - QuarterMaster Logistics (QML) have cleared all pledges. You should receive tracking in the coming days if you have not already.

Australia & New Zealand - We await a date from Aetherworks when they can begin. We are chasing.

Troubleshooting -

UK, EU, Asia, Rest of World - If you have not received tracking here is what you need to do next -

1/ check you completed your Backerkit survey. If you have lost the link to your survey you can recover it here - https://dungeon-battle-mats.backerkit.com/ (we don't have many surveys left not completed but its always a good place to start!)

2/ Open a ticket with GamesQuest customer services so they can look into where your pledge is. You can do that here - https://gamesquest.freshdesk.com/support/home - This page also includes Frequently Asked Questions to help you troubleshoot any issues.

US and Canada - If you have not received tracking here is what you need to do next -

The Adventure Module has landed!

Yes I know, better late than never! We have added the Adventure Module to The Dungeon title on DriveThruRPG (DTRPG). It will automatically be added to the title in your library, the file is called Peculiar-Will-1.0.pdf. 

It is titled "The Peculiar Will of Thurandius Drake".

The Adventure module is now over 130 pages and it has been a real labour of love for our collaborator John who has done all the writing, with editing and layout by Matt. We hope you love this not so little adventure :-)

Can't find the adventure module? It will be in The Dungeon title along with the digital dungeon maps and the dungeon generator. Try sorting your DTRPG library by update and it should pop straight to the top.

Can't find anything? Back in July 2019 you would have received a link from DriveThruRPG with a link to add the Digital Dungeon to your library on DriveThruRPG. If you do not have your digital files and cannot find the email I can message you your link if you drop me a direct message via the Kickstarter :-)

Canada - QuarterMaster Logistics (QML) have pre-packed Canadian backers shipments in the US and are hauling them up together to a Canadian distribution centre, once they get to that centre we've been told to expect them all to ship very quickly as they'll already be picked, packed and labelled.

Australia & New Zealand - We await a date from Aetherworks when they can begin. They are catching up after the Christmas break.

Happy New Year Dungeoneers!

To all those who have received your books, thank you so much for the kind words we are thrilled you love the books as much as we do!

Below I have summarised where we are with fulfilment -

UK, EU, Rest of World backers - GamesQuest have now cleared all the packages and these are now with the couriers. You will receive a tracking email once your parcel is scanned in by the courier so there may be a few days between GQ clearing and emails going out. As usual these tracking emails can end up in some of the more unusual email folders so please have a hunt around for them :-) The time of year is affecting transit times and courier processing times so please allow a little extra time to receive tracking and packages. Everyone should have your tracking or package by next week.

Asia - All packages have now cleared and should be either en route or delivered. Again the time of year is having a knock on effect to transit times so please allow a little extra time. Everyone should have your tracking or package by next week.

US & Canada - The Books have landed, cleared customs and arrived at QuarterMaster Logistics (QML)! We have had confirmation the counts are correct and QML started fulfilment yesterday. It may take up to 2 weeks to pick, pack and post everything. The good news is we invested in the express tracked services so delivery will be days not weeks once orders are picked and processed!

For Canada QML are coordinating the fulfilment (we remain Canada friendly and there won't be customs charges). The orders will be shipped up as freight then dispatched individually within Canada. We will be covering all customs fees.

Australia & New Zealand - 

We await a date from Aetherworks when they can begin, they returned from their holiday break on Monday.

The Adventure Module - This 120+ page adventure (yes it has grown rather since we commissioned a 20 page adventure) has now been formatted and is going through a final proof before we add it to DTRPG in the coming days. When we add it to the digital Dungeon on DTRPG it will automatically appear in the Dungeon title in your libraries, sorting your library by update helps to find it. Its worth the wait we promise!

Below I have summarised where we are with fulfilment - 

UK, EU, Rest of World backers - GamesQuest have now cleared all the packages and these are now with the couriers. US & Canada - The Books have landed, cleared customs and arrived at Quartermaster! We have had confirmation the counts are correct and we will get an update on when they expect to start picking, packing and posting in the coming days. 

Australia & New Zealand - The books are in transit to Aetherworks and are timed to arrive when they reopen after the holidays. We hope for an update next week on progress.
