Fulfilment Update 19 December

Hello Dungeoneers!
It's all happening :-) UK, EU and Rest of World Fulfilment is ongoing as we speak, the US & Canada ship is days away from Port, Asian backers rewards are heading out as we speak and the Australian books are setting off timed to reach the fulfilment house when it reopens after Christmas.
If your order is coming from the UK Hub you will receive a tracking email from GamesQuest when your parcel is passed to the courier. This email also has customer service details for you. GamesQuest are working through everyone based on packaging size (in case you wondered how these things are organised!).
Orders coming from VFI, our Asian Hub are heading out as we speak.
For the US hub we are partnered with Quartermaster, and fulfilment is expected to begin early January as soon as stock clears customs and is delivered. We won't be using the cheaper services like Media Mail or Mail innovations (these are really slow and poor in terms of customer service), so we expect fulfilment to be fast & efficient.
I will be updating when I have confirmation from each hub that they have cleared all packages. If packages are in transit I will include in the update how long parcels in transit will take to arrive. If you haven't heard anything when I update your Hub & country has completed please reach out and I will look into your case for you. In the meantime please watch out for updates on how we are progressing!

I am not expecting to be able to get an update out next week as everywhere will be closed for Christmas. I will make sure you hear from me in early January with an update on what's been happening over the festive period and what stage we are at.

If you are a UK, EU, Asia or rest of world backer your book will be coming very soon!
If you are a US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand backer hang in there, the ship will be docking on December 23!
I have broken the update down by fulfilment centre so you can see what to expect!
The books in the UK warehouse!
UK, EU, Rest of World - GamesQuest
Stock has now arrived at the fulfilment centre. Orders will be picked and packed by the team in the coming days.
You will receive a tracking email from GamesQuest once your parcel has dispatched and been scanned by the courier. This email contains all the information you need, including GamesQuests customer service contact details in the event of lost parcels or damaged parcels.
To help you understand how this stage works and what order things go out we asked and were told that GamesQuest order the shipping by packaging size as its easiest for their packing line.
GamesQuest are confident they can dispatch all pledges within 3 weeks (and probably within 2 weeks if we don't hit any delays).
We will let you know in our updates how this is progressing and what stage we are at.
Asia - VFI
We have been told that VFI have started to send out the pledges! We will get an update out once they have cleared them all!
Australia & New Zealand - Aetherworks
We are timing stock to arrive as soon as they open after their Christmas break. More to follow.
US, Canada
The ship, the CCNI ANDES, is due in port on December 23. Her next stop is the panama canal. We have been briefing Quartermaster and we are told they are confident of a fast turnaround for us.

Hello Dungeoneers!
Thank you all for your support and patience. We will be starting fulfilment for UK, EU, Asia and Rest of World Backers in the next week. US, Canadian, New Zealand and Australian Backers will be receiving the books in January,
If you check our previous updates you can track the ships carrying your stock.
Which hub is fulfilling my order and when will fulfilment be?
USA Hub (Quartermaster) - January 2020 - This will manage fulfilment for the USA.
The Ship is due in Port on December 23 2019 and Quartermaster are ready to fulfil as soon as stock reaches them. Unfortunately this is affected by Christmasand New Year so fulfilment will be in January.
Canada Hub (Quartermaster) -January 2020 - Canada
The Ship is due in Port on December 23 2019 and Quartermaster who are coordinating fulfilment areready to begin as soon as stock reaches them. Unfortunately this is affected by Christmas so fulfilment will be in January.
Asia Hub (VFI)- December 2019 - Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Brazil, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, China.
Fulfilment is due to start within the next week.
Australia Hub (Aetherworks) - January 2020 - Australia & New Zealand
Aetherworks are closed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year which will push fulfilment to January.We are timing the stock to arrive just as they reopenand we have been advised we will be one of the first jobs.
UK Hub (GamesQuest) - December 2019 - UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Russia, Guam, Israel, Ukraine, Puerto Rico, Mongolia, Vietnam, South Africa, Brunei, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Faroe Islands, Kuwait, Serbia, Gibraltar, Costa Rica, Moldova, Iceland.
The ship docked this morning (December 5) and GamesQuest will begin fulfilment as soon as stock arrives at their warehousewhich we expect will be next week once it has cleared customs.
For the UK, EU and Rest of World backers you will receive tracking information from GamesQuest when your pledge is passed to the courier. There will be a more detailed update next week on what to expect during the fulfilment phase and an FAQ.

Ahoy Adventurers! This weekly update has news on a ship change for the US & Canada stock and an update on how the UK ship is getting on!
Here is the latest info for you accurate as of 20/11/19 -
US - The Books have changed ship! The MSC Hamburg has dropped them off and they are now aboard the CCNI ANDES.
Our Haulier has advised that the Hamburg changed her schedule at short notice which necessitated a vessel change (this is not unusual when ports and shipping lanes are as congested as they are currently in the area). The CCNI Andes has a couple more pick ups to make then she will head across the Pacific to the Panama Canal to cross to the US East Coast.
The books will then transfer to Quartermaster Logistics who will be handling the pick, pack and post stage. We will let you know when the books arrive at Quartermaster. You can track the ship as it travels below.
Canada - The Books will travel with the US stock, we will update you when they reach the port and you can follow their journey from there!
Asia Hub - We are awaiting an update from the consolidator who will be sending out the orders,
Australia Hub - We are waiting for an update from the consolidator who is organising the freight to Aetherworks (this is because they need to make up a container first).
UK, EU & Rest of World - The books are sailing towards you! The ship name is AL MURAYKH. She is heading for the Suez canal and has just passed Sri Lanka on her way, she will then travel through the Med and up to port in Southampton, The Books then transfer to GamesQuest who will pick, pack and dispatch orders. You can track the ship as it travels, and we will let you know when the books reach the UK hub.

At this stage I cannot guarantee I can send your order from your local regional hub as stock is split and en-route to the hubs. This means I may have to add you to "rest of world" and ship you from the UK hub. If you are unsure please contact me and I will look into your individual situation (for some countries shipping from the UK will incur customs fees).
